How do you do that?
I recommend starting with gratitude.
There is always aThere is always a scenario out there that could be worse than the situation that you’re in right now.
Acknowledge that it sucks and acknowledge that you areAcknowledge that it sucks and acknowledge that you are strong and you’re gonna make it through.
1. Start by creating a gratitude list :
every day and write down at least five things you’re grateful for. Start that muscle and build it up to 6then 8 then 10 and so on.
2. Practice reciting the Ho ‘ o pono pono prayer
for two minutes at least every day. The phrase is I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.
3. Invest in your self care
by reciting affirmations looking yourself in the mirror . and giving yourself compliments to rewire your brain to be stronger and happier.
