Do you need this grounding?
If you have a white root center in Human Design I bet you do!!!
And if you have it defined it won’t hurt 😉
If you are an Empath and feel too much constantly feeling drained or walking on eggshells then grounding is key for you to release that anxiety and maybe even PTSD if you have experienced abuse and trauma.
These are my six favorite ways to ground your energy :
1. Earthing aka walk on the earth/ grass barefoot
– Grounding means to actually take your magnetic energy and connect it like a magnet to the Earth.
Mother Gaia is the ultimate compost pile for all of our negative energy she can handle it, so give it to her and reconnect to the magnetic pole of the Earth to your body.
2. Yoga
– Science is proving that yoga and a lifestyle that goes with it reduces inflammation and improves the quality of life as we age.
3. Hold crystal and breathe into heart space.
The more you get out of your head and into your heart, the calmer you will feel. There are more neural pathways in your heart than your brain and when we get heart centered magical things with healing happen plus Crystal is that boost of magic healing power.
4. Walk outside touch a tree
I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to my tree guide. I have picked a specific tree that brings me calm peace and wisdom in times where my brain just can’t figure out what to do. Walking outside also is proven to ease, anxiety and PTSD.
5. Meditate
When you get quiet and sit still, and connect to your higher self through meditation, this again brings you out of your mind and into your heart space allowing you to ground yourself calm yourself and just feel all around better. Typically you know silent times you will gain a ha moments as well.
This was such an important part of my journey I gained certification in meditation teaching.
6. Cuddle a pet
Also animals scientifically have been proven to calm our nerves and help with healing. Cuddling allows you to ground and relax and feel the deep calm healing energy that you both actually received because our pets also need calming grounding energy.
So cuddle with the cat soak in the purr. Our cuddle with your puppy and feel the unconditional love.
