Full Moon Release Ritual

Releasing another layer of trauma, pain, and anguish is one of my favorite ways to harness the Moon’s power.

This is real life magic!

Step 1: Write down your emotions on a piece of paper with a lead pencil. for 7 minutes.

Step 2: Think back to the first time you felt this for another. 7 mintues.

Step 3: Burn this safely to transmute it to the Universe.

Step 4: Shower or soak in the bath to allow the cleansing water to wash away residual energy.

You will wake the next day with this layer completely gone and resolved in your psyche.
