Listen up empaths. Do you consider yourself to be a highly sensitive person? Do you consider yourself to be drained? When you go out into a social crowd, maybe you, you call yourself an introvert. I’m your host, Raven, Scott. And I just wanted to share with you. I have some tools for you. I have a meditation and I share it with you in the meditation library.
It’s called. The empaths aura protection meditation. I’m going to link it at the end. Just click on over to the video, but I wanted to share with you why I even posted it and put it up. And I’m going to read a little bit from my book in passing the narcissist today on page 57.

Thank yourself in your body for how spiritual it is and own your own self sovereignty. What does that mean?
The power of your own body. So pertinent, right? We all need to vote against those who are trying to oppress our bodies. It’s just like all of the different states, right? In different countries that we so, um, looking down upon and, um, the Taliban not allowing the woman to read right. Go to school. Do any of those things, right.
I’m sure they also don’t allow them to have abortions that is happening here in the United. You have the [00:02:00] power over your own self sovereignty? No religion. No, man. No Bible can tell you anything. Otherwise every single one of our votes counts. So whoever is trying to oppress your feminine body. We need to vote them out. Side note.
Sorry. It’s so pertinent right now. It’s so pertinent. I had to go there. And any time you feel uncomfortable, if you’re finding yourself in a situation with somebody whom you may really like, but they’re not respecting your body or your soul, and they’re not listening to your boundaries and therefore they’re not respecting you don’t allow them power over you.
So they make you feel guilty with their words or their actions. Or make you feel like you’re worth nothing and you’re a loser. If you don’t want, if you do what they want. Right. It’s such a huge guilt trip woman. We, it now is our time to rise up. We will not take it anymore. Right. There’s already been a hashtag me too movement.
We need to continue further in this movement of not allowing them to victim blame us and Seamus and not listen to us. First of all, that’s not you, their feelings are not your fault, their shame, or their temper tantrum from not getting their way. You are not. They don’t know how to deal with this rejection or not getting a, getting their way.
They’re like giant toddler. So it’s not your fault. Don’t let their words influence your action. They don’t know even how to take no for an answer because maybe their parents always gave them everything they wanted. And so when they don’t get something from someone. I don’t know how to react. Okay.
It’s just their ego. It just immediately attacks the ego immediately attacks [00:04:00] and the ego lives and lurks in their shadows. Nothing good’s ever lurking in the shadows. Right? So when you say, no, you are making a healthy choice for yourself. And honestly, the other party is there. They don’t really need it.
You don’t need it. You don’t need their. And healthy lovers are able to talk and laugh and joke and grow and communicate through the process of being intimate. There’s no shame or blame with a healthy, intimate interaction. There’s no disgust. There’s no gusting. There’s usually like, you know, there’s going to be awkward moments when you get intimate.
And when there’s a healthy relationship with two different people, you will know is healthy because you will laugh through the awkward moments when someone. Blaming you and not laughing through awkward moment. That’s not healthy and you don’t need to take it speaking from personal experience. Okay. No matter if it’s actual sex or not even sex, whatever it is, it starts in the little thing.
So I’m just hoping that I’ve made myself clear that you have the power over your own self sovereignty, and you have the power over your. Emotions over your energy over your aura. You know, you want to be considered an introvert and stay inside because it’s easier. That’s fine. I’m totally a hermit. I love it.
I love staying home all day. Some people can’t stand it and that’s a funny, but some of us who were extra sensitive who have open centers and the human design, if you know, like the white different centers, it’s draining to be out into like absorb all of that. Sometimes I need to take a nap after I come in from like a shopping mall or something.
I hate shopping a shopping mall by the way. So, um, this, this empath protection meditation is another motivation. Why [00:06:00] post that in the meditation? So you have to go or you want to go, you can put up your, your aura before a meeting. You can do quick this quick meditation to put up your protection. Or your past aura.
I just want to reinforce that you have the power to rewrite your subconscious. This is on page 58 of my book. You have the power to rewrite your subconscious and transform out of your co-dependent pattern. You will find that once you’ve broken one co-dependent relationship, another will become clear to you.
Speaking from personal experience. I’ve found out most of my relationships actually with my parents were codependent and that’s in my astrology chart. It’s in actually my daughter’s astrology chart. It’s just sometimes in our charts, it’s like, okay, you have this type of energy and it’s not a horrible thing.
It’s just knowing and being aware. Okay, I have codependency here. Like. You know, recognize it branch out and be able to be confident and independent as I get older and become an adult.
And I had to learn how to draw healthy boundaries in a loving way to eradicate my codependency and love and take care of my inner child. As I shared with you in a previous job. You can use tools through hypnotherapy, traditional therapy, meditation, and self-love exercises to rewrite your subconscious neural pathway.
And the biggest root, unhealthy connections is the people pleasing element. Sorry to have to bring you this hard truth. And if you look in your human design chart, you’re going to have, if you have the open solar Plex, Or if you have an open G center, meaning they’re white or an open spleen, you have more empathic tendencies [00:08:00] and which can lead in a lower frequency people, pleasing tendency.
Okay. Cause you’re trying to just make sure everyone’s calm and happy and like, oh. Stop stop amplifying essentially like stop the madness. Let’s just appease everybody so I can stop amplifying all this energy. It takes a lot of work and consistency, but if you are ready to break free, feeling horrible or dependent or feeling like you just are so sad and always feeling like you’re trying to make sure everyone’s happy by yourself.
Today is the day to regain back yourself sovereignty. Living a life for others and allowing them to drain you of your energy. And self-respect, it gets really exhausting, right? And hand-make can actually physically make you really sick. Start to develop auto-immune disorders. Illnesses will start to show in your body, um, and it drains your energy and it creates dis ease in your body, just an on.
Imbalance. And that’s why I was actually starting to develop an autoimmune disease, celiac disease. I actually started to not be able to eat gluten I’m like it just made me so sick feeling. And then as I actually started not to be able to eat a lot of things. And, um, yeah, I was ignoring my gut during this time when I was in the abusive relationship and developing this auto immune disease, my gut was saying.
Stop going back to the sky. What are you doing? Get out. You don’t belong here, but I was ignoring my first brain. The gut is your first brain, your intuition, your body. And it actually is my human design authority in my sacral.. And there was a lot of stuck energy there. So what is the answer to all of my questions?
First of all, what are my. [00:10:00] I do. I think those treasures within me are or trash. And why? Why do you think, why do you think that your worth is trash?
why did you let all your other healthy relationships go and focus in on this one? And allow yourself to be isolated.
How did you get so lost? These are all the questions that I asked myself. How did this happen? Well, the answer is simple. I truly did not love and embrace myself. So I relied on all of the lies that he fed me. I became somewhat. For love outside of myself.
Do you see the catastrophic effects of when you do this, you completely lose yourself. You get pulled down deep into a vortex. I was literally being pulled into a deep, dark vortex. I was losing everything. I lost everything already. I was losing my health. I lost my sanity long time ago. Lost my family. I lost my friends.
I just felt like I was losing my soul. And if you’re not loving yourself more than the other persons loving you, then there is something misaligned and unbalanced within yourself. This self love is the opposite of narcissism. Narcissism is created from fear, energies, and insecure. From verbal abuse and overindulgence in a person’s childhood, it’s a mask and a survival mechanism.
The self-love I speak of is so nourishing. You have extra love for others after you’ve loved yourself and your soul deeply. It’s a focus on truly loving yourself deeply and don’t feel guilty for doing. Continue to breathe through the difficult time and hold your inner child and do what he or she asks.

From page 59. It says I never imagined in a million years that I would be groveling in the sand under the spotlight of the moon in Tahaiti. This was not the romantic trip of my dreams. It was the darkest moment in my life
And I wanted it to end then and there,
this is the devastating consequences of when we’re people pleasing, giving up our love of ourselves and buying into the lies of the abuse and the narcissism just recently a friend shared with me that her friend’s daughter had just recently. Mysteriously died. She had just recently been beat up by her boyfriend, so horribly that she had to go to the hospital.
And she also was so deeply sad and lost that she was relying to numb herself on drugs. So the death right now is unknown. Was it drug overdose or was it head trauma from the abuse when she was just in the hospital either? She didn’t have to end that way. It didn’t have to end that way, but these are the devastating consequences of when we allow others to have power over us and to hurt us.
And we believe their lies and we don’t invest in our own self-love and our own self worth. And our self-empowerment, these are the devastating consequences [00:14:00] that I so much want to eradicate, but we all have to start within ourselves. Has to start in the core center. And as each one of us heals ourselves and powers ourselves, there will be no more room for this type of darkness.
