The Head Center

Today I share with you Human Design Education about the Head center in a series on the Human Design Centers.

Human Design Head Center

[00:00:00] Raven: Welcomed Raven Scott show where you regain your sparkle back after narcissist abuse.

Head Center

[00:01:59] Raven: [00:02:00] Today we are talking about the centers in human design, and today, of course, we’re going to talk in depth about the headset.

[00:02:09] Human design is like your secret weapon and secret tool in your self development box, your emotional intelligence toolbox, the more you know yourself intimately. I truly believe. The more, you can guard yourself, your mind and your heart against the lies against manipulation against those who are trying to Gaslight you and have you under their control.

[00:02:39] So if you have your head center defined or undefined, the head center will bring you inspiration. The head center brings you connection to source, and it is a pressure center that pushes down towards the. And it really [00:03:00] wants to answer questions. It wants to bring forth and manifest inspiration. So this center is at the very top of your chart is a triangle and it’ll either be white or yellow.

[00:03:13] And this center is associated with the pineal gland in the brain. The main function of the pineal gland is to receive information about the. Of the light and dark cycle from the environment and convey this information to reduce a secrete, the hormone melatonin. So for talking about the hormone melatonin and sleep and dreams, this penal gland is still has a lot more research to uncover what else it does in our bodies.

[00:03:45] But what I’m sensing intuitively receiving a message. Is that this relates to how we re dream this relates to how we receive information from source. And I know for myself, I receive a lot of messages when I’m [00:04:00] dreaming. And maybe if you’re struggling with insomnia, this can be something to look at. Are you receiving too much information?

[00:04:10] Are you not guarding and putting an empath protection around this center to be able to relax and, um, Not be over stimulated by outside sources so that you can relax and sleep. So interesting thought there now, the topics of questions that the head center wishes to answer, it really depends on which gaps you have defined a gate is a number and.

[00:04:41] Each center that has like a little conduit channel connecting to another center. So the head center has three gates. So if it’s either circled in red or gray, depending on which chart you’ve pulled, um, that will influence the common topics and questions that you feel [00:05:00] important to conceptualize. So the abstract could be one and we’re going to go through these.

[00:05:06] There’s a logical, and then there’s an individually. Kind of questions and inspiration in nature. First, we’re going to cover, if it’s white, you have an open head center.

Open Head Center

So in the open head center, people you do not have consistent way of receiving inspiration. It comes from everywhere. You amplify inspiration, you come across think of a radio.

[00:05:34] A defined center is like the radio that is casting out music and sound waves. You know, that defined centers, casting out energy waves. And the open head center is one that’s receiving and is the speaker and it’s amplifying it.

So the open white centers are all speakers and they’re here for us to learn [00:06:00] to learn what is ours and what is not.

[00:06:03] It’s here for us to learn how other people are feeling and thinking and identifying with in a very like, um, intuitive way, energetically. And if you have this open head center, it’s really easy to feel overly inspired and overwhelmed at the time as well. Very scatterbrained. Do you feel the pressure also, like there’s not enough time in the day because you feel the pressure to answer.

[00:06:32] And like manifest every single inspiration, but you get too much, you get too many and it’s scattered because it’s coming from this person and that person in this movie and that music and this idea and this book, and you’re just bouncing all over the place in your brain. And you may have appear to have ADHD, or maybe you’re always indecisive or your brain just all over the place.

[00:06:57] And there’s nothing wrong with. [00:07:00] Now that you’re aware, you need to understand that you’re open center, that you can have a deeper understanding of who and what is truly worth being inspired by not everything should be inspiring you to action. You’re only one person. You only have one day at a time, and sometimes it’s not for you.

[00:07:21] Maybe you need to pass that inspiration onto someone else. Um, and you, you will grow. As you become more aware wise using your intuition and your authority and your authority is either sacred, emotional, reflected self-reflected or lunar. So to know which of these things to act on and which to just observe like a little bubble, like pop.

[00:07:48] Okay. That’s great. Thanks. Thanks for coming in, but I don’t need you right now and trust that the divine will bring it back to you over and over again. If you really need to. So in [00:08:00] order for you to make decisions that you do not regret, you must follow your strategy and authority because you may over commit.

[00:08:09] You may start too many projects, especially if they’re manifesting generator type or a generator. Cause you’re like, I have the energy, I can do this, but you need to listen to your strategy to your authority. First is this. Something that I should pursue. Is this worthwhile? Yes or no? That’s your sacred authority waiting out the emotional wave.

[00:08:33] I feel really good. I’m so excited about this and then you feel nothing. And then you’re like, I really don’t think I can do this. I don’t know why I committed. Oh my gosh. I’m freaking out. And then you’re up into your neutral. That’s your emotional authority. Wait the whole wave to have an answer, to know if you should commit to that inspiration and to answer that question.

[00:08:53] Your strategy is important to know too, because maybe you need to wait to respond. [00:09:00] Maybe this is something you need to wait on. And then someone may come along who has a solid defined head center and your link up, and you’ll be able to respond to them saying what you’ve been thinking. Right. So moving on to the defined head center.

Defined Head Center

[00:09:19] It’s always going to be yellow. Doesn’t matter about the color, but you have a consistent way to receive information. Your inspiration is always on. It’s a blessing and a curse.

[00:09:35] You’re always radiating inspiration out into the world. You always have it. And you also need to make a list and use your authority and strategy to know which ones are worthwhile to actually. Some of them may be for somebody else. You’re like, I don’t know why I have this inspiration it’s inside me. It sounds really great, but maybe it’s not for me.

[00:09:58] Maybe someone’s going to come your [00:10:00] way and you need to pass that message on to them. And you always feel the pressure to answer questions it’s within you. It’s just a cyclical constant pressure center. So you’re highly visual and normally. You have all the answers kind of already in your head, as much as you always feel like you have to answer.

[00:10:22] It’s not a struggle to answer them. It’s just there. The answers are already there and you may be consistently thinking and processing without even knowing it. It’s not very hard. So you become wise that you have the power to drop your thoughts into others, energetically. So you be careful with that energy and you will be gentle and hold space.

[00:10:47] Now an expert tip alert here is the head center is where telepathy occurs. So the magic of the define head center is that they can think of thought and then [00:11:00] open the center, the open center, then amplifies it and you get this jinx experience like, oh my gosh, I can’t believe you just said that. Or we said that at the same time, or the open center person says what you were just thinking.

[00:11:15] That’s energy. You guys, that is how the energy processes and transfers from one person to another. And honestly, that’s how the initial hominids were able to communicate to each other before developing the language. So in the head center, there are three things, three topics, questions, if you will, to answer.

The Gates in the Head Center

Gate 64 – Confusion

[00:11:40] And there are three gates. So the first one. Is the gate 64. It is an abstract concept to answer it’s very abstract and this gate is called confusion. So it can be confusing if you’re not conscious and leaning into faith of the divine. And the I Ching is [00:12:00] called before completion. This is a Virgo kind of sensing storytelling of the past energy.

[00:12:08] And it’s here to incorporate new experiences for the collective Virgos are really good at figuring out like what needs to be done for things to fix. They’re very exacting detail oriented. And so this is that energy of, okay, that didn’t work in the past. This is what we need to do now, moving forward as a collective to do, do things better, too.

[00:12:34] So this actually is so abstract. There’s really no linear thought process to it. It’s very holistic esoteric. There’s just great understanding in major downloads that you don’t even know how you got them. You just got them. And I experienced that all the time. I’m like, I just have to say I’m receiving this message right now because it may not make any sense that I just came up with that in my own human brain.[00:13:00]

[00:13:01] And it comes out of thin air. So if you have this defined, you may get it while you’re laying down in Vinyasa or laying down for a nap or laying down to put your kids down to bed. Um, if you have this undefined and you have somebody near you, you may have incredible downloads, just like they do. Cause you’re amplifying their download, which is kinda cool too.

Gate 61 Mystery

[00:13:27] So for gate 61, This gate in the middle is an individual gate. This is something for individual evolution, character building mutation. It, this gate is called mystery and in the I Ching it’s called inner truth. So it’s knowing it’s a knowing energy and it always is asking why, but it knows without that linear process.

[00:13:55] Again, it’s not logical. It’s more individually. And [00:14:00] it’s wanting to discover the mysteries of life. It’s very esoteric, like focusing on more of the occult type matters. Um, and it can be a little bit scary and strange if the timing is not right, and this gate hasn’t been invited to speak about it. So it won’t be accepted.

[00:14:20] It won’t be accepted as a new mutation or evolution or idea or. Until it has been invited into share this concept.

Gate 63 Doubt

And the 63 gate on the right is a logical gate. This is something that can, um, it’s called doubt. So it can actually have this energy of self doubting, doubting others being very skeptical.

[00:14:48] And the I Ching is called after completion. So. Is initiation for logic or the collective. And it can be good because it’s analytical. [00:15:00] It’s not just going to accept everything in every scam that it sees. It’s very exacting, it’s suspicious as well. So, but it does contain the tendency if you’re not careful to be suspicious of everything and everyone, and even including your own insights, you double back, you’re like, was that right?

[00:15:19] I don’t know. Did I just make. I don’t know, I don’t know where they came from and you start to doubt your own ideas. So really, really interesting. Be careful to watch. So in this human design experiment, observe yourself, watch all of these things happen and unfold. Think about right now as you’re listening processes.

[00:15:42] Do you do that? Do you not do that? Does this resonate? Does have you experienced that before and just kind of discovered. And get to know yourself better, especially if you have, I’m going to go back actually to the gate 63, right? The doubt, [00:16:00] if you have that defined, which I do, it makes you more susceptible.

[00:16:07] I want to say to, um, the narcissist gaslighting. Cloud your judgment cloud, your experiences, cloud yourself, your like your strong ideas. You might come into an argument with some really strong ideas and insights, and then they come in and they just, whew. They just blow the gas and they just use all their words and they plant seeds of doubt.

[00:16:36] Like, did you really do that? I don’t know. And they’ll like, make all these different, like masterful manipulation, concepts and questions. And then all of a sudden you’re like, I don’t know anymore. I kind of doubting myself. Like I thought that I really knew something and now I don’t. So I think with anyone, no matter if you have this or not, it’s just interesting to, to observe [00:17:00] yourself, observe this and lean into your intuition, lean into your authority because once you can tap into the power of your authority, You can stop the BS.

[00:17:13] You can stop it and you can trust the divine. You can trust yourself that you are not doubting yourself anymore. So these two collective gate, 63 and 64, they are energy to benefit the world as a collective body. It projects what is coming next based on lessons of the. It reflects potential and possibilities for the future and shares it.

[00:17:45] I love this affirmation for these two gates is I wait until it feels right to try new things. I share my ideas, stories and advice with [00:18:00] people who ask for the.

[00:18:05] And the gate 61 as an individual gate is all about mutation and empowerment. If you have a lot of individual circuitry in your chart, you are here to be different. And in order to be happy, you must fully express your uniqueness. How do you know if you have a lot of individual circuitry? Uh, you can grab a book and look up all the different gates and see if the gates and circuits are individual.

[00:18:36] Um, or you can sign up and have me read your chart individual custom chart. And if that’s something that you really want to dive into, then you post that in the form and say, I want to know, like, do I have a lot of individual circuitry in my chart? And we can take a look at that and help define that for.

[00:18:56] The affirmation for, and the individual chart is [00:19:00] I am here to be different and I celebrate my uniqueness. I am free to empower others and let my light shine everywhere.

[00:19:17] So an affirmation for gate 64 is that I pay attention to inspiration and know that when I wait with curiosity, amazing things happen.

Journal Prompts

So some questions for you in your quiet time, :

• what are your big dreams? Do you trust that you will manifest. How can you stay enjoy while you work and wait for the dreams to manifest?

Affirmations for gate 61 in the stillness, I surrender to the great mystery of life and allow divine inspiration to [00:20:00] wash over me.

Journal Prompts

• Do you feel aligned with something bigger than you.
• Do you need to create a routine to stay grounded?
• How can you deepen your connection to source?
• And remember if you have these open again, these are like things that you amplify.

[00:20:20] These are screens that you amplify. So especially if you have gate 61 open, you need a strong routine to stay ground.

[00:20:34] Gate 63 is I trust myself and the divine and that there is perfection in experimentation.

Journal Prompts

• What, or who has caused you to doubt yourself?
• And what experiences have you had to prove your inner knowingness is accurate? Pretty much. It’s like when have you been right. See, I told you so.
• Do you trust divine order?

• What discipline do you need to integrate for your mastery?
