We do things a little different on the weekends. We call it Self Care Saturday or if you listen on Sundays – Self Care Sundays.

Raven reads a passage from her book Empath & The Narcissist : A Healing Guide for People Pleasers. This week she read from page 42 – 44

“Worthy. You are worthy of true love, worthy of light, worthy of truth, worthy of joy, worthy of laughter in the bedroom, worthy of delight, and worthy of living your truest self’s purpose….”

Practice a guided meditation with Raven healing your inner child. Heal your childhood trauma, pain, and clear out expectations that burden you through this meditation. Listen and be guided as she walks you through a magical garden with your inner child and teaches your how to love yourself and allow the mystical creatures of this garden to heal you.
